We utilize trusted shipping carriers, primarily Australia Post and Team Global Express, to dispatch and deliver orders to our customers within Australia and New Zealand. Disclaimer: Please be aware that once the package is handed over to Australia Post or Team Global Express, their on-forwarders or agents might be involved in the delivery process. These entities operate under their own terms and conditions, and while we make every effort to ensure smooth delivery, we cannot be held liable for the actions, services, or delays caused by these on-forwarders or agents.

Our responsibility for your order extends only until the package is transferred to Australia Post or Team Global Express. Subsequent delivery procedures and any complications arising from the involvement of on-forwarders or agents fall under the jurisdiction of the respective carrier's terms and policies.

We offer shipping services to addresses within Australia, including remote areas covered by Australia Post and Team Global Express's delivery networks. Additionally, we extend our services to New Zealand for international shipping.

    • Global Economy: Estimated delivery within 3 - 10 business days.
  • To New Zealand with Australia Post International:
    • Express: Estimated delivery within 2 - 5 business days.
    • Standard: Estimated delivery within 5 - 8 business days.
