30-Day Return Policy

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

For a return to be eligible:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

If your return is approved, we will furnish a return shipping label and provide detailed instructions for sending the package. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items promptly. If the item appears damaged or defective, or if you've received the wrong product, please follow the steps outlined below to facilitate a resolution:

  1. Document Damages: Take clear and identifying photos of the damaged or incorrect item, preferably while it's still in its original packaging.

  3. Reference Our Shipping Policy: Refer to our Shipping Policy for specific guidelines on reporting damages and issues.

Promptly reporting damages or issues and providing clear visual documentation helps us evaluate the problem accurately and ensures a quicker resolution process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and select personal care items. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials or specific flammable items. Should you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.

Regrettably, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Misuse of Goods

Goods purchased from Blazing Trail are intended for their designated purposes and should be used appropriately. Any misuse of the products for illegal, unlawful, or unintended purposes is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or deny returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases where products have been misused, employed for illicit activities, or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended use.

Exchanges

For a swift exchange, we recommend initiating a return for the item you have and, upon acceptance, proceeding with a separate purchase for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. The item must meet the same criteria mentioned earlier for eligibility.

Refunds

Upon receiving and assessing your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly note that the processing duration by your bank or credit card company may vary.
